暖陽秋覓 焦糖梅漬


漸秋的時節，橫映餘暉的金黃淋落在山岬的植被上，
披著暖色的陽光，信義蒙上溫情的樣貌、柔和地滋養著作物，
我們將溫暖的食材加入梅漬，邀請味蕾一同、尋覓秋景。

 

暖陽秋覓焦糖梅漬，選用台灣黃糖手工乾炒，無添加色素、糖精、二氧化硫、及防腐劑，

讓焦糖化的蔗香包裹梅漬，一入口就像沐浴在淺秋的山林中，在輕酸的梅果上、點綴剛入秋的微焦小甜蜜。
