暖陽秋覓  黑糖薑梅漬


漸秋的時節，橫映餘暉的金黃淋落在山岬的植被上，
披著暖色的陽光，信義蒙上溫情的樣貌、柔和地滋養著作物，
我們將溫暖的食材加入梅漬，邀請味蕾一同、尋覓秋景。

 

暖陽秋覓黑糖梅漬，無添加色素、糖精、二氧化硫及防腐劑，使用台南紅糖手工乾炒烘香，

再加入信義栽種的本土小薑，肉質鮮黃、香味濃郁，搭配梅子與烘炒的黑糖一同醃漬，

不但可降低薑的辛辣、還更增添上一個層次的風味體驗。
