翠山初夏 烏龍梅漬


青山、碧嶺、清泉以及梅樹，
一巒一巒的綠，縈繞信義的山峰，
在環抱翠色的初夏，
拾起季節賜予的碧青，品嘗山林餽贈的本味。

 

翠山初夏烏龍梅漬，以加重烘焙的鹿谷烏龍茶加入半成品梅胚中醃漬，期間反覆多次醃漬並加重茶葉用量，

讓烏龍香氣自然入味，無添加色素、糖精、二氧化硫、及防腐劑，酸甜回甘、還有淡淡茶香縈繞其中。
